Silvert Service was established to provide a bespoke recruitment service by John Silvert, who spent 18 years working within the industry, and 6 years in hospitality recruitment. He has worked for privately owned boutique hotels, The Exclusive Hotel Group, The N.E.C. Group, Sodexo Prestige and the Lindley Group.

We are totally dedicated to providing quality solutions for clients. We are truly passionate about the hospitality industry, and are entirely focused on assisting clients who have specific needs in their operations, candidates who want career progression and career advice, and those who seek long term careers in this industry. We specialise in recruitment for niche Hospitality operations such as the celebrated collection of Relais & Chateaux, Michelin Star Restaurants and AA Red Star Hotels.

Silvert Service invests in information technology and advertising media, to ensure clients and candidates receive the appropriate profiling. We are proud members of the British Hospitality Association, and attend trade shows and forums, to ensure that we are at speed with communication, developments and news from the industry.

We also attend networking events, industry award celebrations and have links with colleges and universities to create opportunities for those who study hospitality specific courses.
